Peer Support
Certified Peer Specialist Services provide clients with the support of individuals who have experienced mental health challenges. These specialists engage in activities and offer insights that foster resilience and hope, encouraging clients on their journey to recovery through shared experiences.

Community Intervention
Our Community Intervention services are designed to connect individuals with necessary resources, support systems, and community services. Through tailored strategies and hands-on support, we help clients integrate into their communities, promoting social inclusion and overall well-being.

Functional Assessment
The Functional Assessment service identifies and evaluates an individual’s specific needs and strengths in various life domains. This thorough process aids clinicians in tailoring personalized treatment plans, ensuring the highest level of care and support for each client.

Medication Education
Medication Education in ARMHS
Our Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) program includes personalized medication education to support mental health recovery. We help individuals understand their prescriptions, manage side effects, and stay on track with their treatment plans. Our goal is to empower clients with knowledge and confidence in their care.
Housing Stabilization Services, HSS
Housing Stabilization Services
Housing Stabilization Services is a new Minnesota Medical Assistance benefit to help people with disabilities, including mental illness and substance use disorder, and seniors find and keep housing.
